Confusão de Muitas Vozes
"Ouvi outra voz do Céu, dizendo: Retirai-vos dela, povo meu para não serdes cúmplices em seus pecados, e para não participardes dos seus flagelos". Apoc. 18-4.
Na última obra para advertência do mundo, são feitos às igrejas dois apelos distintos. A mensagem do segundo anjo, é: "Caiu, caiu a grande Babilônia que tem dado a beber a todas as nações do vinho da fúria da sua prostituição". E no alto clamor da mensagem do terceiro anjo é ouvida uma voz do Céu, dizendo: "Retirai-vos dela, povo Meu, para não serdes ,cúmplices em seus pecados, e para não participardes dos seus flagelos; porque os seus pecados se acumularam até ao Céu, e Deus Se lembrou dos atos iníquos que ela praticou". - RH, 06-12-1892.
Assim corno Deus chamou os filhos de Israel para fora do Egito, a fim de que pudessem guardar o Seu sábado, Ele chama também o Seu povo para fora de Babilônia, para que não adorem a besta ou sua imagem.
Depois de a verdade ter sido proclamada para testemunho a todas as nações, será posto em operação todo concebível poder do mal, e as mentes serão confundidas por multas vozes clamando: "Eis aqui o Cristo; ei-Lo ali. Isto é a verdade. Tenho a mensagem de Deus; Ele enviou-me com grande luz". Serão removidos então os marcos, e far-se-á uma tentativa para demolir as colunas de nossa fé. Será feito o mais decidido esforço para exaltar o falso sábado e lançar desprezo sobre o próprio Deus, substituindo o dia que Ele abençoou e santificou. Esse falso sábado terá de ser imposto por uma lei opressiva. ... Enquanto, porém, Satanás trabalha com seus prodígios de mentira, cumprir-se-á o tempo predito no Apocalipse, e o poderoso anjo que iluminará a Terra com a Sua glória proclamará a queda de Babilônia e convidará o povo de Deus a abandoná-la. - RH, 13-12-1892.
Quando os seus pecados se acumulam até ao Céu? Quando a lei de Deus é finalmente invalidada por legislação. Então a situação extrema do povo de Deus é Sua oportunidade para mostrar quem é o governador do Céu e da Terra. Enquanto um poder satânico instiga os elementos terrenos, Deus envia luz e poder a Seu povo, para que a mensagem da verdade seja proclamada por todo o mundo. - ST, 12-06-1893.

LA TRIPLE UNIÓN RELIGIOSA
Y vi salir de la boca del dragón, y de la boca de la bestia, y de la boca del falso profeta, tres espíritus Inmundos a manera de ranas; pues son espíritus de demonios, que hacen señales, y van a los reyes de la tierra en todo el mundo, para reunirlos a la batalla de aquel gran día del Dios Todopoderoso. (Apoc. 16: 13, 14).
Por el decreto que imponga la institución del papado en violación de la ley de Dios, nuestra nación [los Estados Unidos de América] se separará completamente de la justicia. Cuando el protestantismo extienda la mano a través del abismo para asir la mano del poder romano, cuando se incline por encima del abismo para darse la mano con el espiritismo, cuando, bajo la influencia de esta triple unión, nuestra país repudie todo principio de su constitución como gobierno protestante y republicano, y haga provisión para la propagación de las mentiras y seducciones papales, entonces sabremos que ha llegado el tiempo en que se verá la asombrosa obra de Satanás, y que el fin está cerca.*

And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Rev. 16:13, 14.
By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation [the United States] will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {Mar 190.1}
Through the two great errors, the immortality of the soul and Sunday sacredness, Satan will bring the people under his deceptions. While the former lays the foundation of spiritualism, the latter creates a bond of sympathy with Rome.
